Act 1:8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.

In 1993, late pastor Wynne Lewis preached a message titled “GET ON WITH IT” in his message he quoted Acts 1:8 and made this statement, “if Jesus said that this experience of baptism by the Holy Spirit was adequate and sufficient for launching and the continuance of the church, why should we seek any additional experiences? Instead let’s make the most of Pentecost that we have.”

Jesus in Mathew 6:33 encouraged His disciples to seek first the Kingdom of God and its righteousness. Many have wondered and questioned what the Kingdom of God really is.

Paul writing to the Romans made this statement, Romans14:17 - For God's kingdom does not consist of food and drink, but of righteousness, peace, and joy produced by the Holy Spirit.

"Now if we died with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with Him, knowing that Christ, having been raised from the dead, dies no more." - Romans 6:8-9

The resurrection of Jesus Christ is among the most important of all biblical truths. It is foundational. It is bedrock. Many other aspects of the Christian faith depend and rest on the Resurrection. Let me share with you just three essential Christian truths that depend on the Resurrection.

“Our outward expression of harmony will reflect our inward harmony of purpose”. The Psalmist says in Psalm 133:1 “how wonderful and pleasant it is when brothers dwell together in unity”. In some translations it says “IN HARMONY”.

Unfortunately this harmony or unity is not always found in churches and amongst Christians as it should be. We disagree over so many unimportant issues and so stifle God’s blessings.

Dearly Beloved, do you ever sit down and think about the fact that you were created to be fruitful?

When God created you He put in you the seed of fruitfulness. He at creation said to us:

I am convinced in my heart that this year is a year of Breakthroughs and Fruitfulness for this church and not just this Church, but for many Christians world wide. I believe we will begin to hear testimonies after testimonies as God begins to breakthrough for His people and His people begin to bear fruit. I believe it will be a year of breakthrough for those who trust and abide in Him.
