“But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people belonging to God, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.”
Chosen Generation is the youth ministry of Word of Life Church. Our youth ministry is for youth from ages 13 to 21 years old.
Our vision for the youth is to raise up young people who will have their own personal relationship with Jesus and become disciples of Christ. We desire to assist them in finding their identity in Christ; seeing and fulfilling their potential; recognizing their gifting(s); and encouraging them to use these to be a blessing to others. Our ultimate desire is that they make a positive difference in their generation.
Chosen Generation is a place where young people can come and meet with other young people and build lasting positive relationships. It is a place where you can come and have an exciting time and be in the presence of God. It is a place where you can be open and be yourself. It is a place full of LOVE!
If you are a young person and you are looking for a place where you can fellowship with other young people and meet with God then please do come and join us. Our youth ministry consists of youth cell meetings on Sundays where we have a time of praise and worship, games, the Word of God, time to share and discuss, and refreshments.
In addition we hold a youth hub each fortnight Friday where you will have the opportunity to participate in events and activities including music nights, film nights, bowling, street evangelism, quiz nights...
