I was speaking to the lord the other day!
I was feeling really bad about my intimacy with him.
As far as I was concerned my intimacy was not as deep as I would have loved it to be.
I gave the Lord numerous excuses why.
The Lord dropped these thoughts in my heart.
Imagine!
If God had an excuse, there would be no saviour.
Imagine!
If Jesus had an excuse, there would be no mediator.
Imagine!
If the Holy Spirit had an excuse, Jesus would still be in the grave.
Just imagine!
The next time you feel you have an excuse,
Not to pray,
Not to read the word,
Not to fellowship,
Not to be in church,
Or, feel like doing your own thing.
Just imagine!
If the trinity had given excuses where would we be today?
