He Always Leads Us in Victory

2 Corinthians 2:14-17

"Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and through us diffuses the fragrance of His knowledge in every place.”

Did you know that victory is always yours—that it actually belongs to you?

Yes you! I am talking about you. Yes God always leads you in victory and not in defeat, because defeat is alien to God.

Can you imagine child of God? Just imagine, He ALWAYS leads you in victory?

The key word in the scripture above is ALWAYS. The knowledge that God always causes us to triumph should be enough for you. It should make you jump for joy and excitement.

You do not have a one off victory but an everyday victory, an “ALWAYS” victory.

When you go out, when you are asleep, wherever you are, you are assured of victory because our captain Jesus leads.

No matter the challenges you face, no matter what the enemy throws in your path. One thing I am confident of is the fact that Jesus leads us in triumph always.

His death on the cross bought our victory, the grave could not keep Him and Death could not hold Him, He rose up a victor from the vast domain. And because Jesus wins you win.

The book of 1 Corinthians makes it clear that our victory comes from Jesus.

"But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. “ (1 Corinthians 15:57)

Both scriptures begin with an attitude of appreciation, an appreciation to God for His constant victory.

When Jehoshaphat was faced by three kings from Ammon, Moab, and Mount Seir, God said to Jehoshaphat you don’t have to fight in this battle you will be a spectator, all He required from the Israelites was Praise.

2 Chronicles 20:17

"You will not need to fight in this battle. Position yourselves, stand still and see the salvation of the Lord, who is with you, O Judah and Jerusalem!’ Do not fear or be dismayed; tomorrow go out against them, for the Lord is with you.”

Child of God don’t be dismayed, don’t be discouraged, don’t let the enemy wear you out. God is with you He is the one fighting for you, He holds the battle line.

"Now thanks be to God who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and through us diffuses the fragrance of His knowledge in every place."

Remember He ALWAYS leads you in victory.
