How to Receive Salvation
When you truly repent (= turn from your sins and toward God) and put your faith (= believe) in Jesus Christ, your sins are forgiven and God gives you a brand new life!
"Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new." 2 Corinthians 5:17
"... Some people accepted him [Jesus] and put their faith in him. So he gave them the right to be the children of God. They were not God’s children by nature or because of any human desires. God himself was the one who made them his children." John 1:12-13
