Colossians 1: 9-11 (NKJV)
"For this reason we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to ask that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; that you may walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing Him, being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God; strengthened with all might, according to His glorious power, for all patience and longsuffering with joy; giving thanks to the Father who has qualified us to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in the light.”
Dear sisters, our Bible reading this week comes in the form of a prayer. We need wisdom and spiritual understanding to manage our lives and our homes. God wants us to walk in a way and make choices, that honours and glorifies Him at all times. He wants us to bear much fruit and for our fruit to abide. He wants us to daily increase in the knowledge of Him and His will. God wants us to be strengthened in our inner man with His power might so we can face every challenge He allows us to face. He wants us to have patience and walk in perseverance. Only God can do all of these things in our lives as we co-operate with Him and His Word. So, this is my prayer for you today:
I pray for each one of you ladies in Jesus mighty name, that God will give you complete knowledge of His will. I pray that He will give you wisdom and understanding. I pray that the way you live will always honor and please the Lord. I pray that your lives will produce every kind of good fruit. I pray that you will grow as you learn to know God better and better. I pray that you will be strengthened with all of God’s glorious power so that you have all the endurance and patience you need. I pray that you will be filled with joy. May it be so concerning each one of you in Jesus name.
May the Peace of God fill your hearts at this time.
