By completing this registration form, you confirm your commitment to attend the FWM Ladies Retreat and agree to remit full payment for your booking no later than one month prior to the event.
You have the option to pay in full or choose an instalment plan, with the total amount due no later than one month before the event.
All registrations are final and non-refundable. If you are unable to attend after registering, you will remain responsible for the payment, in accordance with the venue’s cancellation policy, unless you are able to transfer your spot to another attendee. Once payment is processed, refunds will not be issued.
